These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Winsome Anvil websites and apps, including Hearthlist. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The services

Winsome Anvil provides software tools for everyday and household use. Hearthlist is a shared household hub (for example groceries, meals, chores, schedules, and reminders). Features may change as we improve the products.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location (and at least 13 years old).

Households and shared content

Some apps let you invite others into a shared household. Content you add may be visible to other members of that household. Invite only people you trust. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Trials and subscriptions

Hearthlist may offer a free trial. After the trial, continued access to paid features may require a subscription. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and/or in your receipt from the payment provider. Taxes may be handled by the payment provider as merchant of record.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the services
• Use the services for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or resell the services except as allowed by law
• Interfere with other users’ households or accounts

Intellectual property

The apps, branding, and site content belong to Winsome Anvil or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the service.

Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winsome Anvil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
